Summer Picnic design is printed on an Oracal 651 gloss vinyl or an exact equivalent(unless otherwise described on the drop down). TGG's Printed Vinyl sheets are rolled and packaged in cardboard tubes when ordered with any other products. If your order contains only printed vinyl products it will ship FLAT in a box.
